The ProBoxing® kicking shield has tire tubing inside the shield. It is a very light pad to practice with while still offering a large target. Used by most martial artists to practice speed kicks. This model is inflatable with a standard air pump or compressor to adjust firmness. Three triple stitched handles provide multiple grip variations for effective training and safety.
